Cancellation Policy

As a small business, I have a limited number of appointment times each week and run a waiting list. Whilst I understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel, or rearrange your appointment, I ask that you please provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows time for me to contact other clients who are waiting for a treatment. I reserve the right to charge you in full if you cancel on the same day as your booked appointment.

Please note that if you are late for your appointment the treatment may still end at the pre-arranged time, depending on any subsequent bookings I have and I reserve the right to request payment in full.

On the rare occasion that I have to cancel your appointment for any reason I will provide at least 24 hours notice where possible.
